I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Honest-1. Being new to MN, and having no experience with cold winters, my battery died when the temps dropped. I called, and they were able to take my car in immediately and address my concerns, replaced my car battery quickly and efficiently, and their staff was friendly and professional. Pricing was reasonable, and I was happy and grateful to pay for the services I requested, unlike Dave. As a first time customer to Honest-1, I was privileged to witness Dave's entire temper-tantrum over the cost of a service so I can hold him accountable for his negative review. What Dave forgot to mention in his review is that he was berating the staff in front of other customers - about the cost of labor for something "He COULD do himself but couldn't, which is why he had to bring his car there" and "He could take his car somewhere else and get it done for less" and when asked if he actually wanted them to perform the service he was requesting for the price they gave him, he said "Fine, but you could at least kiss me first..." Anyone with half a brain cell can finish that sentence; it was disgustingly vulgar and unnecessary to say, along with some other colorful vocabulary. His wife begged him multiple times to stop talking, but he kept word-vomiting all over himself. Dave, when you need a service done that you don't want to do yourself, you get to pay for it. You don't get to dictate the price - the business does. Labor is included in services because it takes time and training for the employee to do what needs to get done. AND even when you asked about a veterans discount in the middle of your whining, the staff was ready and willing to apply it for you, and yet you still could not stop. They were absolutely right to refuse you service, because you would've been twice as insufferable to deal with no matter how good of a job they did once it was completed. They handled your entitled mentality gracefully and politely showed you the door. As for me, I will absolutely be back anytime my car needs work. Amazing customer service from the staff! Super nice staff. Answered all of my questions and got the work done on time and for a fair cost. I was also able to get an appointment pretty quickly whereas the dealer would have taken a month to get an appt. Definitely recommend these guys!

I have taken my car to Honest 1 a few times and I really appreciate the service and care for my car. They always try to keep costs down, and the costs are very clear. I like the texting platform to provide updates. Thank you for a good experience!

If anyone is looking for a great auto shop, you should give them a try. Great customer service couldn’t ask for a better would definitely recommend them to anybody and I will definitely be going back.
