Honest 1 replaced my dead battery and had me out the door in 15 minutes, this after another local shop told me they couldn't even fit me in today at all.

You really try too hard to upsell to additional services, mostly suggestions and very few critical or essential.

Still waiting for the quote on Rogue repairs.

I am very happy with the level of customer service I received from this shop. I had my car there two times this past week. They are very thorough in what needs to be done. I checked their prices against other local shops and found them to be right in line. I appreciate the work they do and it's nice to have a place to take my car where I know I won't be ripped off. My experience at the Honest-1 Auto Care shop was excellent. First, I had forgotten my appointment was a week earlier and when I walk in, they were able to schedule me for an appointment later that same day. I felt they were very helpful, and explained everything to me about my car in a professional manner.

Friendly atmosphere and staff

specifically asked them to do my tire pressure check because my sensor was going off. Told me it was included- got in car and threw sensor was still going off...sigh. Everything else good.
