Everyone at Honest-1 Eagan location was friendly, helpful and most of all HONEST abou the care my vehicle was receiving. I like that I could also count on them to ensure me of things and maintenance I may need, without pushing me into thinking some minor things were emergencies. I had a very good experience when I came into your Eagan shop for an oil change, however, I have not been pleased with my dealing with either you or your follow thru concerning the drivers seat on the Avalanche that I purchased from you and Hunter last Dec. 27th. I was assured that the seat would be repaired when I/we would return from AZ. There was an attempt to make the repair, however, it failed and I feel that I have a legit right to be upset. there were three guys involved in this promise and no one has called me with a plan. Had a flat tire. We had bought the tires from Honest1 a few months before. Tire fixed for no charge.

Even got a nap in while vehicle was serviced.
