While the noise I originally brought my car in for is still there. They did find something wrong and fixed it along with some much needed winter readiness maintenance. I'm hoping this noise doesn't become another problem to solve. There was a problem with the first part they ordered so it took longer than expected to get my car back. But I can't hardly blame Honest 1 for that. Thank you.

They were fast and courteous while they changed my car's oil. The only thing I wish I would have asked for (or they had offered) was to walk me out to the car on the lift, and show me the actual nail stuck in my tire... and show me the nail they pulled out afterwards/in my presence. Otherwise, they were timely and kind, and the waiting space was comfortable and clean. Wait time was what they thought it would be as well. Thanks!

only problem i have is that you sent this email to me 5 times. very annoying

Solid service...though it was only for an oil change. But felt comfortable enough to bring in my car for more serious work when the time comes.

Honest-1 lives up to their name and always does a great job with outstanding customer service.

Service was not fast, but it was thorough. They gave me a well rounded summary of the condition of my truck, but didn't push for me to have things done right away.

Friendly, and NO hard sell!
