I didnt compare pricing, so ithought it was a little high, but the service was excellent The front desk guys and the mechanic were. All very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

This was my first visit at the Eagan store, and must say I was impressed with how quick and thorough they were, as well as honoring a competitor's over-the-phone quote, and deducting $50 as well as my next oil change free. Shout out to James who was very professional. Ps...they provide a loaner, which doesn't happen at a lot of other places...I appreciate that, and I will be back.

Great service as always!! Wanted a tire rotation, but they inspected the tires and determined it wasn't needed. Could have taken my money, but they are honest and communicate with you about your vehicle.

I always have quick, friendly, and quality service from Honest 1. My parents and siblings who live in different locations around the Twin Cities use Honest 1. I pass three other locations to go to the Eagan on Diffley location. They take the time to listen and find the issue without pushing repairs I don't need.

They did a great job changing my oil and replacing my rear wiper blade. Also, I needed to go to the bank to get more cash so I could pay, and they let me go to the bank and come back. Thanks!
