Truly amazed by their customer service. I have used a different shop ,however was driving to work today and my engine lite and the temperature gage went to hot in seconds. Luckily their shop was close and I pulled in as I was one block away. Guardian angels watched out for me as not only did they fix my car, they kept me updated throughout the day, gave me a loaner so I would have a car to use to get to work and let me use their loaner until mine was repaired. Do NOT go any other palace but here...you will not be disappointed.

They took my car in on very short notice for oil change! Great service!

I believe it was James that i spoke with, who was wonderful and accommodating to my spur of the moment need for an appointment. I had mistakenly scheduled an appointment with a different H1 shop, and felt their demeanor to seem cold and unwelcoming. My experience with the H1 at 525 Diffley road was quite pleasant, and I was relieved to hear what felt like a friendly personality when speaking to James, both over the phone to schedule, as well as inside the shop. Miguel was also very friendly and helpful. I've worked with Miguel before, and he always takes very good care of me - He is also friendly, as well, and great at explaining any questions I may have.

I'm so lucky I found this place. They get you in quick, help you with any additional things they find, and get you fixed up and back on your way. You can tell they honestly care about your vehicle. I would strongly recommend these guys!
