Today I had new tires put on and an alignment. I experienced excellent customer service along with the ability to be super flexible. I had front tires that were shredded due to poor alignment, and these guys did an excellent job!! I really appreciate that since I work next door, they are able to work on my vehicle while im working. In the past I also had an issue that wasn't resolvable that day and they had a rental vehicle for me to use for the day!! Thanks again! My car is running like a champ again!!

I have been bringing cars to Honest-1 Eagan for about 15-16 years. They are friendly, efficient and very thorough in explaining the service being provided. My most recent visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. For routine maintenance, I trust them with my vehicles. I only return to the dealers if there is a recall notice.

I got an oil change and needed help diagnosing and fixing an issue with my car. Everyone there was so great with offering guidance, as well as finding and quickly fixing my car's issue! This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back because of how friendly they were, as well as how efficient and effective they were. They told me it would be 1 hour and it was exactly that. Thank you Honest-1!👍

I dropped my car off for my appointed time for an oil change. They did a full vehicle inspection and was told of the findings within a couple of hours. Pricing was very reasonable. I was thoroughly pleased.
