Its always a pleasure bringing my van in for repairs or maintenance. Brandon at the desk goes above and beyond what i expect from a service adviser. He's fair, understanding and wont pressure you into repairs that may not be immediately necessary. Hes ALWAYS been very attentive and I just really appreciate him a lot. This is NOT your fathers auto mechanics shop! Honest-1 has figured out how to compete with genuinehe customer service, attention to detail (like a computer report) on what were the problems, steps to resolve and technology that tested and re-tested the systems and did I mention a clean shop! I drive an import, so always concerned the shop understands the nuances of the car...and they do. This was my first visit and will make it my shop in the future. 5 stars!
